Eligibility Criteria – Detailed
Educational Qualification
- B.Sc Nursing: Completion of B.Sc Nursing from an institute recognized by Indian Nursing Council (INC). Must be registered as Nurse & Midwife with State/Indian Nursing Council.
- Diploma in GNM: Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery from a recognized board, with registration as Nurse & Midwife, and at least 2 years of experience in a 50 bedded hospital after registration.
Age Relaxation
- SC/ST : 5 years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) : 3 years
- PwD : 10 years (additional over category relaxation)
- Ex-servicemen : As per AIIMS norms
Selection Process (NORCET 10th)
Selection for AIIMS Nursing Officer will be based on:
- Stage I Computer Based Test (CBT) – screening round (qualifying in nature).
- Stage II Computer Based Test (CBT) – merit based on performance in Stage II.
- Document Verification of shortlisted candidates.
- Medical Examination as per AIIMS standards.
